However even though items are quality controlled before shipping if something is damaged & unusable in the process or an incorrect item is received please notify us upon receipt of the order & include a picture for immediate replacement. 

Personalized items, using your photos/designs/names etc, cannot be resold and are non-refundable. All personalized items are individually made and will always be approved by the buyer prior to pressing & shipping.
